I am not sure if I am having implantation bleeding or my period. I am on the pill and my last period ended on the 15th. I had unprotected sex on the 13th and 14th of December and took Plan B the morning of the 15th. I am experiencing spotting and am concerned. When I had unprotected sex, I was not taking my birth control pill regularly. What could this spotting be and should I be concerned?

I've been getting mixed pregnancy results and am concerned it could be a health issue. I am on the pill and am on my period now. This morning, I took a Clearblue test which was positive and a test strip that was negative. I also had a blood test done yesterday that said negative, but in the two weeks before, I've gotten 7 positive urine tests and another negative.
