I think I have nerve damage in the area of my genitals. I remember hurting my clitoris a long time ago, and now, at 25, I experience symptoms such as tingling pain, difficulty feeling during penetration, and lack of natural lubrication. I have not seen a doctor about this. Can this nerve damage be fixed, and is there a way to regain feeling?

I am on birth control and recently switched to a new one. I had my previous period on Jan 1st, had intercourse on Jan 5th, took Plan B on Jan 6th, and then had bleeding for one day on Jan 31st during my placebo pills. I am 45 years old and had a tubal ligation 20 years ago. My period is 10 days late, and I've started bleeding, but it doesn't seem like a normal cycle. The bleeding is mainly when I go to the bathroom and there's some spotting in between. I also have leg aches and a bad headache. I highly doubt I'm pregnant. What could be causing this?
