I am on birth control and recently switched to a new one. I had my previous period on Jan 1st, had intercourse on Jan 5th, took Plan B on Jan 6th, and then had bleeding for one day on Jan 31st during my placebo pills. I also have a tight feeling in my lower left side and random small cramps throughout the month. Is this normal, and what could be causing the tightness in my stomach?

I had unprotected sex with a woman two nights ago and do not know her status. The next day, the tip of my penis was tingling and had a burning sensation off and on, along with diarrhea/greasy stools. Two days later, I still have greasy stools and diarrhea, and my hands and forearms feel tingly and numb. I have also been drinking a lot the past few days. Are my symptoms from the alcohol or STD-related?
