At my 20-week anatomy scan, my son was measuring in the 93rd percentile. At his 25-week growth scan, he was in the 36th percentile, decreasing by 60% in just 5 weeks. I am highly concerned as his abdomen went from 71% to 24% in the same period. Should I be worried about this significant drop in percentile, and could it indicate a problem with the placenta, infection, or nutrient supply to the baby?

I have polycystic ovarian syndrome, diagnosed at age 18 and treated since age 12. I am now 61 and had my ovaries, tubes, and uterus removed at age 39. What lingering effects should I expect?

Do the same underlying problems cause miscarriage? I have no idea why I miscarried then.

I am 45 years old with confirmed adenomyosis. I've had 1 D&C and 2 rounds of Progesterone shots. I've been passing old blood daily and now bright red blood with clots, along with abdominal and back pain. I don't want a hysterectomy but am unsure of other options. Is hysterectomy my best bet, and should I be concerned about the new bleeding? Also, given my family history of breast cancer, should I consider removing my ovaries during the hysterectomy?

I’m 53 years old and I believe I might be pregnant, but my blood test was negative. I’m not using any contraceptives, and my last period was over a year ago. I’ve had unprotected sex with my husband and took the blood test less than two weeks ago. I don’t have any cramps. What could be causing the sensation of movement inside me, and how do I address this issue?

My 9-year-old granddaughter has had several little white bumps on her perineum since the beginning of summer. Most have gone away, but two remain and have become reddened with a white head. They look like they will burst but have been like that for several weeks. What could these be and is there any treatment for them?
