About 3 weeks ago, I went in for my annual Pap test and it came back abnormal, showing CIN1. My gynecologist scheduled a colposcopy, and the biopsy results came back normal. Can a Pap test show CIN1 and the biopsy show normal?

I have been experiencing increasing stomach distension that doesn't go down, feeling full, and not returning to normal. I have no periods, only spotting, and have been constipated on and off. My symptoms have worsened over the last 6 weeks, and my last normal period was about a year ago. I had my last pelvic exam/papsmear 2 years ago. My grandmother had breast cancer, and my mom had bladder cancer, who smoked for twenty years. I don't smoke. I feel my stomach is like when I was pregnant, and I'm concerned about ovarian cancer but don't want to overreact. What could be causing these symptoms?
