I am 11 months postpartum. My periods before were every 28 days, 7 days long, with very bad cramps. Since giving birth, they have been abnormal. My last cycle was late by almost 2 months, and I've been bleeding heavily for over a month now with no pain. I'm afraid I'm losing too much blood; I soak through my tampons and have to wear a pad with them. The toilet bowl gets filled with blood every time I use it, and the water is really red when I stand, it drips everywhere.

I have been experiencing continuous period flow for the past 3 months, with a thick endometrium. I am 25 years old, not using any contraceptives, and my last period started on July 1st and is still ongoing. I am on homeopathic medicines only for my sinuses. What could be causing this prolonged period flow, and what should I do?

When I urinate, I sometimes notice mucus in the toilet, and I haven't had a period since November due to irregular cycles. I used to get a lot of UTIs and recently went to the OB for clitoral burning, where they found an excess of lactobacillus. I also had a cystoscopy, which was normal. What could be causing the mucus, the irregular periods, and the excess lactobacillus? Is it PCOS, and how long is it okay to go without a period?

I'm experiencing tingly, itchy pain in my vagina. The vaginal walls have little white spots on it, and there's no discharge. I've experienced this before but never noticed the white spots. I thought it was a UTI at first. My last pap test was about a year ago with irregular results showing HPV, but my doctor said not to worry as it could clear on its own. I'm also thinking it might be a yeast infection as I've had that a few times in the past. Could this be a chronic condition, and is there a treatment for HPV if my body doesn't get rid of it itself?

I have a recurrent lump on my vaginal area near the crease and hair follicles, which has been growing and possibly becoming infected. It is extremely painful, sharp, and burning. The lump has been recurring for almost a year, and it tends to go away on its own but always returns in the same spot. I am not currently taking any medications other than Tylenol, and I am 22 years old. What could be causing this, and what should I do?

Is it normal to have periods twice a month? My last period began on September 1 and ended on September 6, and then started again on September 27 and ended on September 30. I am 32 years old, not taking any medicines or contraception, and my previous periods were regular. Could it be that I am pregnant?
