I am 24 years old and have been experiencing pain during sex, dryness, and visible cracks in the outer area of my vagina for the past 2-3 weeks. I have only one partner, no recent STD screening, and no irregular results from past exams. I have attached a picture of the cracks. This is the first time I have experienced these symptoms. I also notice a bit of pain after periods during sex, which goes away on its own. I have tried applying paw paw ointment, which helped with the dryness. My vaginal discharge is usually white, with no specific odor. I have been using oral contraceptive pills for about a year now. What could be causing these symptoms and what treatment can I try?

I recently took a pregnancy test that came back positive, but I've been experiencing heavy, dark bleeding and cramps, which are getting worse. I'm concerned about the back and forth pregnancy results and the symptoms I'm experiencing. What could be happening, and should I go to the ER?

I am 23 days late on my period, not on birth control, and have taken 4 pregnancy tests which are all negative. I want to start trying to have kids in the end of October. Should I see a doctor, and what can I do to improve my chances of conception?

I am 39 years old and undergoing fertility treatment. My AMH is alarmingly high at 6.85 ng/ml or 48.9 pmol/l, with 20-25 follicles on each ovary. I have PCOS and am concerned about late onset menopause and ovarian cancer. Can a doctor predict when I should be going through menopause based on my high AMH, and is there a correlation between high AMH and ovarian cancer risk?

I am 45 years old and unexpectedly missed my period in February. We use the pull-out method, and I took a home pregnancy test that showed positive. I am concerned about the risks at my age and want to know if I should take another test or if there are other health factors to consider.

I accidentally took three birth control pills instead of one due to a mix-up with the dates on the packet. What should I do to correct this and ensure it doesn't affect my contraception?
