I am 43 years old and have been bleeding with my period for almost 3 weeks now. In the past 3 days, I have been very fatigued and dizzy to the point that I fainted yesterday. My hospital did a blood work-up and said everything looked normal, including a white blood cell count of 10.9. I have also had a sudden change in my stool from dark brown solid to light yellow light brown soft. I am concerned about the length of bleeding along with the dizziness, fatigue, change in stool, and white blood cell count.

I have been experiencing heavy menstruation for 5 days, starting from the 16th, with prolonged bleeding lasting more than 10 days. I am feeling very dizzy and tired. This is not the first time I have had this problem; it occurred once before due to climate change when I was 21 years old. I am now 41 years old and had an activity on the first day of my period.
