I recently switched from Natazia (Estradiol valerate-dienogest) to the NuvaRing for the first time and inserted it according to my pill pack schedule. I removed it after three weeks, but it's now Friday and I haven't gotten my period. I'm concerned about possible pregnancy. Additionally, I brought my NuvaRing from New York to Costa Rica and stored it at 78F, which is slightly above the recommended maximum storage temperature of 77F.
