I have been experiencing pelvic pain for years, which now hurts when I sneeze, cough, or after an orgasm, and sometimes when I tighten the area. I'm having menstrual problems that I believe might be from my birth control, specifically the Nexplanon implant in my arm. My last period started on May 24th, and I have been bleeding and spotting since then. My cycles have been normal since I got the Nexplanon in December 2020, until May. I am also on spironolactone and I'm 21. What issues are you having and at what point should I be concerned if the bleeding does not stop?
