I am a 43-year-old woman with long periods (10-12 days, with heavy bleeding for the first 3 days and light bleeding thereafter) and a history of a kidney stone. I am currently weaning off Mirtazapine at 3.25mg and have no other medications. My recent pelvic ultrasound report mentions a polyp and an 'ALERT 1' designation. I am concerned about the implications of these findings and would like to understand what they mean and if they are serious.

I have a question regarding my period. My periods have been irregular for the last two months, and I recently had light brown and pink spotting. I had unprotected sex on March 14 and took a Plan B pill the same day. I'm worried if this spotting is implantation spotting and if I could be pregnant.

I am having persistent dull, achy pain in my right side that started a few days ago and worsened on a plane. I am 32 years old, recently had a miscarriage, and have a family history of kidney stones. I used a boric acid suppository about 5 days ago and have been experiencing on and off vaginal bleeding since then. The bleeding is not constant but is extremely heavy for 30 minutes to a few hours and then stops for hours, but then comes back. I am on fluoxetine and quetiapine, I am 18 years old, and I just had my period a little less than two weeks ago. What could be causing this bleeding, and what should I do?
