I am a 30-year-old woman diagnosed with PCOS and have two ovarian cysts. I am seeking pregnancy but am currently on birth control pills (Diane 35) to treat the cysts. I had a full hysterectomy 10 years ago, including the removal of the cervix. For the last four years, sex has been painful, feeling like a knife hitting something inside me.
