I am experiencing an unusually long and heavy period, which has been ongoing for at least a week. My periods are normally 4 days with one heavy day, but this time it has been all spotting until yesterday when it became heavy, causing me to bleed through a super tampon and two sheets within 6 hours. I have no pelvic pain, dizziness, or severe fatigue, and I am not using any contraceptives. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I had a surgical procedure scheduled last week, but a urine HCG test came back positive, indicating pregnancy. I took an at-home pregnancy test which also showed positive. Today, I experienced cramping on my left side, bleeding, and a small blood clot, similar to a normal period. Could I have miscarried? I believe I am at most 4 weeks pregnant, with my last menstrual cycle starting on 8/1/2020. I was previously told my tubes were blocked and pregnancy was unlikely without IVF. What should I do next?
