I experienced vaginal tearing during intercourse with my partner due to his size. I am 36 years old and this has happened both times with him. I have been experiencing spotting between periods off and on for years, but recently I missed my period for 3 days and have been spotting brown blood. I am 48 years old, sexually active but my husband had a vasectomy 10 years ago. I also experience hot flashes, night sweats, vaginal dryness during intercourse, mood swings, and weight gain.
