I have been experiencing spotting between periods off and on for years, but recently I missed my period for 3 days and have been spotting brown blood. I have been experiencing discharge and discomfort for about a week. I had a UTI and was given antibiotics, but now I have a creamy discharge with slight burning and soreness, no odor, and my vaginal area looks irritated. My periods are irregular as I don't take the last row of my birth control pills. I was diagnosed with urea plasma a while back and am not currently sexually active.
