I have been using the NuvaRing for a couple of years and am going on vacation in 8 days. I am supposed to take my NuvaRing out in 5 days, which would mean I would have my period for most of the trip. Can I take it out earlier or leave it in longer to avoid having my period during the vacation?

I started having regular periods after losing weight, but they became irregular again after moving to another country. I am 22 years old, do not use contraceptives, and am still a virgin. I'm 25 weeks pregnant and saw red spotting throughout the day today. Should I be worried?
