I had my first baby in January and started taking SLYND two months ago. My last period was August 16th and lasted 4 days. My next period started September 13th and hasn't stopped. My periods usually last 3-4 days. I'm using three or four liners a day and have been consistent with the pill. I haven't had sex since giving birth. Is this prolonged bleeding normal, and when should I be concerned if it doesn't stop? Additionally, I noticed darker breast skin after my daughter's birth. Is this normal?

I have been experiencing clitoral pain for about a month, which has worsened over time but is currently stable. The pain is sharp and occurs when the area comes into contact with something or tight clothing. I also have inflammation under the clitoral hood with a small white dot, and the area is super itchy. I have normal, white, clear vaginal discharge with no fishy odor. I recently got STD tested and had a pap smear last year, both of which were negative. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I'm a 45-year-old female recently diagnosed with 1 cm irregular asymmetry in the right lateral breast on a craniocaudal view with tomosynthesis. No additional dominant masses, spiculated lesions, grouped calcifications, or skin changes were evident. No enlarged axillary lymph nodes. Density B for both breasts. I'll go back for a spot compression and ultrasound if persistent. What do these findings mean, and should I be concerned?
