I've been experiencing worsening pain for a few weeks, along with nausea, fatigue, and bleeding. I'm not sure if the bleeding is due to my menstrual cycle or a sign that the cyst has ruptured. I recently noticed a small mass on the right side of my labia where my thigh creates a crease with it. The mass is under my skin, not above, and I have no idea what it could be. Should I be worried? I'm 22 years old and experience a little pain when in contact. When was my last pap test or pelvic exam? Any irregular results from past exams?
