I just found out I have a large cyst on my right ovary. Can I still sleep on that side, or should I not risk it? I've been experiencing worsening pain for a few weeks, along with nausea, fatigue, and bleeding. I'm not sure if the bleeding is due to my menstrual cycle or a sign that the cyst has ruptured. What should I do?

I recently noticed a small mass on the right side of my labia where my thigh creates a crease with it. The mass is under my skin, not above, and I have no idea what it could be. Should I be worried? I'm 22 years old and experience a little pain when in contact. When was my last pap test or pelvic exam? Any irregular results from past exams? I'm bleeding more than usual on my period, especially on the fourth day, and it's been heavy for four days. I bleed through a super plus tampon every 20 minutes, and my vagina is very sore. I'm not using any contraceptives or medications. I had a medical abortion two months ago, and since then, I've experienced more blood clots and heavier periods. I’m having very intense period pain and very nauseous. Should I still go to work? The pain started on the first day of my period two days ago, is in my lower abdomen, and feels like deep cramping pain. I also have lots of bloating and nausea, and my stool is not solid. I have PCOS and take metformin for it.
