I have a painful blister/bump on my vagina. When they pop, they are filled with blood and pus. The pain is stingy and sharp, and it comes and goes. I've had unprotected sex in the last few months with a new partner, shave a few times a month, and have white, creamy discharge. I also experience itching and stinging pain from the bumps. What should I do?

My ultrasound found uterine enlargement of 11.5 x 8 x 6 cm, endometrial thickening of 19mm, a cluster of sub-cm nabothian cysts in the lower uterine segment, and bilateral mild to moderate oophoromegaly with the right ovary measuring 23cc and the left ovary measuring 25.5cc. What does any of this mean?

I am really scared I have not been feeling well. I've been throwing up, noticed a hard place on the right side of my abdomen that's a little sore, and have been experiencing shoulder pain and shoulder-tip pain.
