I have a sharp pain that comes and goes just above my vagina. It started 2 days ago during my period, and it seems to be getting worse. The pain is not inside the vagina but above it, in the lower abdomen, and it feels like something is trapped there. I also feel the pain when I urinate. This is the first time I've experienced this consistent pain, as I usually have painful periods but the pain goes away after the first one or two days. What could be causing this pain, and should I go to the ER or wait and see if it improves?

I haven't had sex for a long time and recently experienced bleeding after sex twice. I am not using any contraceptives, but I use condoms. The bleeding was stable and improved, and I have no pain, itching, burning, foul odor, redness, soreness, or swelling. My period is normal, and I had a little white vaginal discharge. I think I might have endometriosis, but I’m scared the doctor will want to give me birth control before doing other tests. Can I decline birth control for other tests? I’ve had symptoms for years but no diagnosis. I’m currently using condoms as contraception and only take over-the-counter pain medication when needed. I’m 22 years old and don’t have a family doctor due to a shortage in my area, so I go to walk-in clinics for any issues. Will this affect any potential diagnosis?

I have noticed a new issue around my breast, which appeared about 3 days ago. It is itchy, especially when exposed to warm water in the shower, and is dry. I have eczema, but this is not usually in this area. I am currently sick with sinus issues and cannot recall if this has happened before. What could this be and what should I do?

I'm currently on birth control but experiencing pregnancy symptoms. I took a negative pregnancy test this morning, but my symptoms make me feel like it was a false negative. I've been on this birth control for about six to eight months and haven't gotten my period in a while because I don't take the sugar pills. I'm 21 years old and not using any daily medications, except for Tylenol this morning for a headache. A couple of weeks ago, I missed my pill a few times, but not consecutively. My current symptoms include a headache on the left side of my head, sensitive nipples, bloated/pressure feeling below my belly button, nausea, and frequent gagging. What could be causing these symptoms if I'm not pregnant?
