👶  Ob Gyn

I have been on birth control for nine years and stopped in September 2020. My periods have been regular since stopping birth control, with a cycle length of 24-29 days. I am 26 years old and have been trying to conceive for 3 months using ovulation test strips that indicate I ovulate between day 15-19. Despite this, I have not yet conceived. Can I be getting positive ovulation test strip results but not truly be ovulating, and what can I do to increase my chances of conception?
