I am 77 years old and discovered a large, pea-sized, round, solid lump on the outside of my vaginal area, just to the right of my vaginal opening. The lump has been present for a couple of months and seems to have grown larger. It is smooth, solid, and not painful or itchy. I am currently not using any medications, and I have a clean bill of health from my internist. What could this lump be, and what should I do about it?

I'm concerned about symptoms affecting my vagina, including discharge, swelling, and pain during urination. I'm 25 years old, have been using June Fe birth control daily, and recently ended my period. I have been experiencing a recurring discharge with a certain smell since May 2019, which often returns after intercourse. The discharge can be white or yellow, and there are occasional burning sensations, itching, and swelling. I have never had a pap test or pelvic exam.
