I have PCOS and historically have had irregular periods. I have been on Humira for the last 6 months for a skin issue and have had mostly regular periods since. My most accurate cycle tracking app tells me that I am 11 days late for my period. I have had light cramping, a little nausea, and clear mucus-y discharge with brown specks for the last 5 days. I tested negative for pregnancy, but I still feel something is off. I had unprotected sex with my husband on the 4th of this month. If I was pregnant, would it be too soon to test? My last period started on Jan 31 and ended on Feb 6. I've gained a few pounds but nothing particularly stressful is going on. Is there anything else I should know or do?

I am a 43-year-old woman with long periods (10-12 days, with heavy bleeding for the first 3 days and light bleeding thereafter) and a history of a kidney stone. I am currently weaning off Mirtazapine at 3.25mg and have no other medications. My recent pelvic ultrasound report mentions a polyp and an 'ALERT 1' designation. I am concerned about the implications of these findings and would like to understand what they mean and if they are serious.

If my friend's daughter, a teacher, has a baby in July and can't use her accumulated leave days to get paid, and has to take the summer with no pay, can she use her time in the semester with a doctor's note? Will a doctor provide such a note, and what type of doctor should she see if she develops postpartum depression?

I have a question regarding my period. My periods have been irregular for the last two months, and I recently had light brown and pink spotting. I had unprotected sex on March 14 and took a Plan B pill the same day. I'm worried if this spotting is implantation spotting and if I could be pregnant.

I am having persistent dull, achy pain in my right side that started a few days ago and worsened on a plane. I am 32 years old, recently had a miscarriage, and have a family history of kidney stones. I just ended my period, which was different this time. What could be causing the pain, and should I go to the hospital or see a doctor?
