I have severe vaginal itching with white, cottage cheese-like discharge. I also experienced a burning sensation during urination once. I am sexually active. What could be causing this and how can it be treated?

I received abnormal triple screen test results at 17 weeks and 1 day according to my last period, and 16 weeks and 5 days according to my dating ultrasound. The results are: AFP 2.72 MoM, HCG 3.66 MoM, and Estriol 0.53 MoM. The test suggests a 1:980 chance of Down Syndrome based on my age, and 1:10000 chance based on the combined 1st and 2nd trimester screening tests for Down Syndrome and Trisomy 18. Despite the good odds, I'm referred to a genetic counselor and a special ultrasound. Am I missing something? Did they forget to update the odds?

I am experiencing red blood from the vagina only when straining to defecate. This has been happening for about a week. I have constipation, which is a side effect of my medications (levothyroxine, cialis, tracleer, and birth control). I have never had a vaginal delivery or been pregnant. My last PAP smear was in May 2012, and the results were normal. I was recommended for an IUD due to pulmonary hypertension but was unable to get it placed. I am currently on a non-estrogen birth control pill, Nora-Be, and recently switched to Camila. My period is due last week and is very light. What could be causing this bleeding, and should I be concerned about any symptoms?

I am 48 years old and have been experiencing continuous bleeding for three weeks. My menstrual cycles have been irregular for the past six months, and I have had no periods for a couple of months before this. I am stressed, have lost weight, and have increased my activity level. I am a very active female and an equipment operator, driving long distances regularly. I also have an itchy throat and occasional coughing at night. What could be causing this prolonged bleeding, and what should I do?

I have a brown discharge that started about 3 days ago. I am not pregnant, not on my period, and not using any medications. The discharge has no odor and is thicker but not in big clots. My last period was 2 weeks ago and it comes regularly. I took Plan B on October 8th. What could be causing the discharge and what should I do if it doesn't go away?
