I'm 27 years old with a Nexplanon implant placed in May 2020. I've been experiencing daily shedding since it was placed, and while I understand this can be expected, I've had estradiol 1mg prescribed before, which helped lessen the black/blood vaginal discharge but not fully. Interestingly, after penetration sex, my discharge clears for 2-3 days and then returns very lightly. Why does Nexplanon cause the uterine lining to shed, and is there anything other than estradiol 1mg or intercourse that could help?

This month, I got my period on November 1, which was regular, but on November 19, I had another period for two heavy days, followed by continuous spotting since then. I am usually regular with one period a month and no spotting. I am 38 years old, my tubes have been tied for the past 7 years, and I have had the same sexual partner since my last Pap test in December 2021, where I was treated for chlamydia, which was confirmed to be resolved in April. What could be causing this irregularity?

I had a full laparoscopic hysterectomy in July 2022 due to endometrial cancer, diagnosed as Stage 1A, Grade 1. I had a 6-week check-up in August, which showed no issues. I also had a pelvic ultrasound and a transvaginal ultrasound in October, both clear. However, I experienced light spotting tonight, five months after surgery. Could this be a sign of recurrence?

I had an IUD implanted around the end of August this year and I've noticed that after I have sex, I slightly bleed the next day. Is this because of the implant? I've been irregularly bleeding ever since I got the IUD but it has become lighter and lighter. Every time I have sex, I lightly bleed after. I'm 19 and not taking any medications. I had Nexaplon last year but it was taken out before I got the IUD.
