I think I may be struggling with vaginismus. I experience a lot of pain when trying to insert anything, even a tampon, and the muscles tighten. I'm 24 years old and have been trying dilators, but no other treatments. What could be causing this pain, and what can I do to alleviate it?

I have hypothyroidism and am 7 weeks pregnant. My TSH level jumped from 1.6 to 5.4 after becoming pregnant. How does this happen, and is there a risk of miscarriage or harm to the fetus?

I'm on birth control (the pill) for 6 months and experiencing breakthrough bleeding. I've taken all my pills on time this month yet still have been bleeding for a week and a half before my period is to begin (sugar pills week). Will just starting a new pack instead stop the bleeding? Is this dangerous? Will I still bleed?

I am 6 weeks pregnant and experienced light pink spotting after a 45-minute walk. I also have a slight cramping sensation at the top left of my stomach under my left boob. I had a Pap smear yesterday and have a history of PCOS. Is this normal, and should I be concerned?
