I'm on birth control and experiencing very light bleeding a week before my period for the past few days, with occasional small clots that don't stain my underwear or pad. I'm also experiencing mild cramping and minimal bleeding, mostly noticeable when I pee and wipe. This is my first time on birth control, and I've been on it for 19 days. My left vaginal lip is itching a lot and is super swollen. The itchiness started last night and has persisted. The area is red and raised. I have had a strong odor for the last 2 months, but normal discharge. I have no known allergies and recently tested negative for chlamydia and gonorrhea.
