I noticed my period is late, and I took three pregnancy tests over the course of a few days, all of which came back negative. I stopped using birth control after my last period, which was on March 24th. I'm concerned about the delay and wondering if it could be related to stopping birth control. Should I be worried?

I took a pregnancy test two days ago that showed positive, but today's test showed negative. I am 21 years old, had a miscarriage in June, and have been having unprotected sex. I have some pinkish-reddish spotting but no other symptoms. What could be causing this and what should I do next?

I found out I was pregnant last week and experienced bleeding and cramps over the weekend, which I believe was a miscarriage. The bleeding stopped on Wednesday, but I've had significant pain under my stomach since yesterday. I'm on birth control pills, don't take vitamins, and exercise by walking my dog three times a week. I have a history of weak kidneys and have had two miscarriages in the past year. I've taken pregnancy tests, but the second line is faint. The pain is severe on both sides under my stomach, and there's no discharge or fever, but I have had blood clots with a pink to dark red/brown color. What should I do?

Today, according to ultrasound, I am 6 weeks 1 day pregnant. My LMP was 5/11 and I typically have a 33-45 day cycle. They found a small subchorionic bleed and a fetal pole with a heartbeat of 114. I haven't had any bleeding or spotting. What is a subchorionic bleed, and what are the chances of it causing a problem with the pregnancy?

My spouse was diagnosed with PCOS and is taking Metformin ER, Junel Fe, and 10mg escitalopram for depression. She has been experiencing occasional lower abdominal pain, described as sharp period-like pain, which has been occurring since before switching to immediate release metformin. The pain is intense (around 9/10) and lasts for about 30 seconds, occurring once every couple of days. Is this something to be concerned about, considering metformin's rare complications?
