My spouse was diagnosed with PCOS and is taking Metformin ER, Junel Fe, and 10mg escitalopram for depression. She has been experiencing occasional lower abdominal pain, described as sharp period-like pain, which has been occurring since before switching to immediate release metformin. The pain is intense (around 9/10) and lasts for about 30 seconds, occurring once every couple of days. Is this something to be concerned about, considering metformin's rare complications?

I have a rope-like swelling on one side of my Labia Majora that extends into my pubic mons. It has been there for 3 days and hasn't gotten bigger, possibly even slightly smaller. It is not painful, and I am not pregnant. This occurred after a small cyst popped on its own. What could this be and is it an immediate concern?

I am on Altavera (a form of birth control pill) and ended my last period on August 1. I stopped taking the birth control and took the placebos while having unprotected sex. 11 days after my last period, I noticed light pink spotting, followed by a heavier dark flow and light cramps for two days, which has now stopped. Should I be worried about a potential pregnancy?

I have vulvar pain that started about a week ago and comes and goes. The pain is tingling and burning, and I'm currently taking antibiotics for a UTI. I also experience pain on the right side when I pee. What could be causing this and what should I do?
