I've been bleeding for almost 3 weeks now, starting from my normal cycle, then it got heavy, and now it's back to being heavy. What should I do, and do I need to go to the ER?

I had a small lump on the right side of my labia minora. It had a head on it and it popped. Is this a boil? I had it for a couple of days, and it was slightly sore to touch but not painful. The lump was not itchy and was the same color as my skin. I am currently taking birth control and am 29 years old. I recently moved to Hawaii and have been spending more time in swimsuits and different bodies of water. Could this be contributing to the issue?

I am 45 years old with irregular periods, itchy dry skin, intense anxiety, major insomnia, and a lot of fatigue. I have had many tests and my doctor is not worried about any conditions. I am not on any medication. Am I too young to start Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)? When I turned 40, I started getting anxiety and vertigo. My periods have been very irregular within the last year. Is estrogel safe, and do I need to see a specialist for it? My symptoms are very debilitating and have worsened, leading to low mood and slight depression. Before I start my period, the blood is dark brown. Is this normal, and is it rare to go into menopause in my 40s?

I have been diagnosed with bacterial vaginosis and have been taking Canesbalance as treatment for months, but the condition persists after my period ends. I am not using any contraceptives and have dealt with this issue for almost a year. I have a history of yeast infections and am currently taking supplements (iron, magnesium, adrenal gland, and adaptogens). What additional steps can I take to resolve this issue?

I had an elective ultrasound at a non-diagnostic studio. I'm 8 weeks 1 day pregnant and measured on target, but they could not pick up a heartbeat or fetal circulation on the abdominal ultrasound. Is it possible it was just not visible on this type of ultrasound? I had an ultrasound 11 days prior and saw a heartbeat at 140 bpm.
