I had an elective ultrasound at a non-diagnostic studio. I'm 8 weeks 1 day pregnant and measured on target, but they could not pick up a heartbeat or fetal circulation on the abdominal ultrasound. Is it possible it was just not visible on this type of ultrasound? I had an ultrasound 11 days prior and saw a heartbeat at 140 bpm.

I am 24 years old, had gonorrhea during pregnancy, and have been exclusively breastfeeding since giving birth in February 2022. I recently got my period back and had gray discharge just before it. I think I may be pregnant. I had unprotected sex twice a week apart after taking Elle on June 10th. My next period is due in 4 days. I am 23 years old, not using any medications, and used to have diabetic episodes but am now fine. I am 25 years old and have been concerned about my ability to have children for the past 4 years. I have not been trying to conceive and have not had any fertility tests. My periods are irregular, sometimes skipping months, and I experience incredibly painful cramps that last only 2 days. I would like to know if there is a premise to find out from a local OBGYN or if there is no cause for concern.
