I was experiencing itching inside my vagina, discomfort during sex, and a delayed period. I am on Nexplanon for four years and have always had two shorter periods a month. This month, I am waiting for the second period. I was diagnosed with a yeast infection and prescribed medication. I had an ultrasound and blood work, but no abnormalities were found. I also had a pap-smear, but the results are pending. I took a pregnancy test, which was negative. My questions are: What happened to my period? Does a yeast infection delay a menstrual cycle? Why am I experiencing discomfort/dryness during sex? Is Nexplanon good for five years, or is it three? Could my husband be causing the infections and discomfort?

Is it possible to get pregnant the first week of January 2012 and still be pregnant? My son's daughter claims she is pregnant and the child is dead inside the womb. She also mentioned having a doctor's appointment a week ago. Would a doctor have let her go home under these circumstances?

I had a classical c-section last year due to my baby being born very premature and small. I want to try for a vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC) but my OB immediately said no without considering my wishes. I had preeclampsia and my placenta was failing, leading to a c-section 3 months early. My baby was severely growth restricted but is doing better now. I want to experience natural birth at least once. What should I do?

As an adult, I rarely achieve sexual satisfaction, either alone or with my husband, due to a combination of factors including a long-term vodka addiction, a doctor-implanted intrathecal pain pump with narcotics for chronic back pain, and a recent return of periods after two years. Is there any hope for me, assuming I can get help for my addiction first?
