What causes blood-filled knots around the vagina that burst in 2 to 3 days of appearing, are deep purple, very tender, and only bleed when they burst? The knots appear a couple of times a year, are about half an inch in size, and have been occurring for a few years. The patient is 62 years old, a widow, has had a complete hysterectomy in 1989, and has a history of PTSD, mild depression, and fibromyalgia. They take Wellbutrin, Cymbalta, and a multivitamin daily. They are not sexually active and are not on any blood thinners.

Can this go away? Is it cancer? If warts have come, does that mean the virus will always be in my body? Do you get warts if you had the shot? How do I get them removed? Can I still get the vaccine after they are removed? Is this more dangerous than other STDs? Is it possible for a man to give you HPV if they had the vaccine? Are they protected? If they haven't been vaccinated, what steps should they take? Is freezing painful? Can I be put to sleep? Should my partner get tested as well? I have been experiencing early pregnancy symptoms such as insomnia, enlarged breasts, tiredness, increased urination, headaches, mood swings, and spotting, despite being on Lo-Ovral birth control for six years. I use the withdrawal method with my partner and do not take the pill at the same time every day. A pregnancy test was negative. Could I be pregnant, and if not, what else could be causing these symptoms?
