I had my progesterone tested to detect ovulation, and it was 14.7 indicating ovulation. I was on cycle day 23, in about an average 32-day cycle. Is there a way to guess when I may have ovulated, as I am trying for a second baby and this is very important?

I don't have a PCP or OBGYN, but every time I have sex, I bleed during or after. I've been bleeding very lightly for the past month and a half. The bleeding is constant but increases slightly every time I have sex. I'm 24 years old, not using any medications, and my periods are very unpredictable, occurring about once every 2-3 months. I have pain in certain positions while having sex, but no other vaginal discharge. Could this be related to PCOS or another condition?

I’m experiencing abnormal blood clots during my period. The clot had a whitish/grayish/purplish clump in it, and I recently stopped taking birth control pills (Marlissa) on the 14th. I’ve dealt with this abnormality since I started my period over a decade ago. I’m 22 years old and not using any medications. What is abnormal about the blood clots, and what birth control were you on and when did you stop it?
