I’m having a pregnancy scare. My last period was July 8-9, and I’m on day 36 of my cycle now. We used the pull-out method, but it was quick, and he swears he pulled out in time. I take Adderall and Omeprazole regularly. My cycles vary between 29-34 days, with one instance of a 40-day cycle a few years ago. What are the chances of pregnancy, and what should I do to confirm or rule out pregnancy?

I am 5 weeks pregnant and have experienced a clear jelly-like discharge. I have had a first-trimester ultrasound and am taking prenatal vitamins. I walk every other day and have no pain, cramps, or bleeding. Is this discharge concerning, and what should I do if I feel twinges?

I started spotting this morning and I don't know if it's implantation bleeding or if I'm just spotting. My spotting has been stable so far, I'm not using any medications other than birth control, I'm 22 years old, and I don't have any additional medical history that the doctor should know about. I'm not trying to conceive, my periods are not regular, I don't have any burning or itching while passing urine, and I have stress.

I recently switched from Natazia (Estradiol valerate-dienogest) to the NuvaRing for the first time and inserted it according to my pill pack schedule. I removed it after three weeks, but it's now Friday and I haven't gotten my period. I'm concerned about possible pregnancy. Additionally, I brought my NuvaRing from New York to Costa Rica and stored it at 78F, which is slightly above the recommended maximum storage temperature of 77F. Should I be concerned about the effectiveness of the NuvaRing due to this temperature difference?
