I've had my period for 14 days now. What should I do?

I have been experiencing symptoms such as spotting, cramping, bloating, gas, feeling constipated, and tender breasts. I had unprotected sex last week and I'm not on any birth control. My last period began on 11/19/2020. I am 24 years old and have a history of seizures. Could these symptoms be related to PMS or pregnancy?

I have been dealing with persistent vaginal and butt itching, mild urinary symptoms, and occasional vaginal and butt pain for almost two years, despite treatment for yeast infections, group B strep, and UTIs. I have been diagnosed with PID and have a cyst on my ovary, but the cause of my symptoms remains unclear. I am diabetic and have had trace blood, glucose, high squamous cells, and high protein in my urine. What could be causing my symptoms and what further tests or treatments should I consider?
