Is there something that can be prescribed for adenomyosis pain? I have been diagnosed with adenomyosis and am experiencing stabbing pain in my pelvis. I have tried Tramadol and Tylenol, but they are not helping. I am currently on Depo Provera birth control, which has not helped and has caused prolonged bleeding. I had blood work done in January, and I am not allergic to any medications. What pain medication options are available?

About 3 weeks ago, I went in for my annual Pap test and it came back abnormal, showing CIN1. My gynecologist scheduled a colposcopy, and the biopsy results came back normal. Can a Pap test show CIN1 and the biopsy show normal?
