I have irregular bleeding when I'm not on my period. I'm not using any contraceptives or medications, and I'm 20 years old. The bleeding has been occurring for a while and it's said to run in my family. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I had unprotected sex several times after my last period on February 26th. I experienced pregnancy symptoms and took positive pregnancy tests, but now I'm bleeding and the tests are negative. Why am I not pregnant but still feel very nauseous?

I noticed a small bluish dot on my labia that looks like a tiny blood blister. It appeared suddenly and was not there the other day. I am 40 years old, healthy, and shave regularly. I had intercourse with my husband yesterday and noticed the dot last night. I am concerned about what it could be and if it could be related to shaving or intercourse.

I was at the doctor today with a suspected UTI. I went into the bathroom to give a urine sample. I am anxious about public restrooms, so I checked thoroughly and the bathroom was clean. I put the sample in a cup and was cleaning up when I saw something in the toilet and touched it to see what it was, realizing it was a blood clot. I am nearly certain this came from me due to some bleeding. If this was from someone else and I touched it, is there any risk of HIV exposure? I have dental work and a steroid shot for hip arthritis in the coming weeks and need to be sure I am not exposing anyone to anything.

She also feels incredibly painful cramps and passes thick blood clots. She is 23 years old, has been dealing with this for about 3-4 years, and has a history of two miscarriages, an abortion, and egg extraction. She claims to have had a badly done DNC or DMC. What could be causing this and what should be done?
