I was using an IUD for 3 years without issues, but after switching to birth control pills (Marvelon) for weight loss, I experienced severe panic attacks. My doctor said the pill has nothing to do with the panic attacks. Do you think the pills are causing my panic attacks, and should I stop them?

I had my last menstrual period on April 12, 2013. I had unprotected sex with one man on April 19, 2013, and then with my current boyfriend from April 24 onward. I found out I am 7 weeks and 4 days pregnant. By my calculations, I should have conceived 5 weeks and 4 days ago, around April 30 - May 1. I'm unsure if the April 19 encounter could be the father. What are the odds, and what should I do about it?

I am almost 49 years old and have had irregular periods for over a year. I have experienced spotting at day 37, a very light period a week later, and then dark brown spotting two weeks after that. I also have symptoms like breast tenderness and mid-sleep waking. Is this normal during perimenopause, and should I be concerned about cancer?

On March 10th, I was fooling around with my boyfriend and he rubbed his male part with mine but without penetration and no ejaculation. My hymen is still not broken. After a week, I got dizzy and nauseous once. I got my period right on time each month since then but it was for 4 days instead of 6.
