Do I need to be concerned about possible HIV exposure? I work as a CNA at a local hospital and while helping an HIV-positive patient off the bed pan, they grabbed my arm above the glove and got urine and possible vaginal secretions on me. I immediately washed the area with soap and water. My health is good with no issues, and I'm recovering from a viral upper respiratory infection.
