I had a transvaginal ultrasound that showed a suspected endometrial polyp of 1.9x1.4x2cm and an enlarged uterus of 7.5x7.8x4.3cm. Last year, I had a hysteroscopy to remove a 2.5cm polyp, and the uterus was normal at 7.5x3.1x4.6cm. My endometrium thickness is still 2mm, with no fluid and normal ovaries. Should I be concerned about the enlarged uterus measurement, and what are the risks associated with recurrent polyps, especially given my family history of uterine cancer?

I’m 2 months pregnant and I have small blood clots when I wipe after peeing. I haven't had a first-trimester ultrasound or any tests yet. I’m taking medication for a UTI and prenatal vitamins once a day. I walk around the house a lot but no serious exercise. I’m anemic and had a miscarriage almost 4 years ago.
