I had my period on October 14 and am seeing it again on October 27. Is this normal, and what could be causing it?

She's been to the doctor who prescribed Daflon for 5 days, but it didn't help. I have itchy bumps on the outside of my vagina, white discharge, and my anus is very itchy. The discharge has been constant, has no odor, and is a little chunky. My last period started on October 2nd and ended on the 5th. I am sexually active, took a Plan B pill, and have had gonorrhea and chlamydia in the past, which were treated. Are there any open ulcers or blisters in the vaginal area?
