My vagina lips itch at night and are also dry during sex. The itchiness comes and goes, and it started a couple of days ago. I had chlamydia in the past but it was treated and retested negative. I don't have any known allergies and am not on birth control. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I'm on birth control (the pill) for 6 months and experiencing breakthrough bleeding. I've taken all my pills on time this month yet still have been bleeding for a week and a half before my period is to begin (sugar pills week). Will just starting a new pack instead stop the bleeding? Is this dangerous? Will I still bleed?
