I am 15 days late for my period, took a pregnancy test 4 days ago which was negative, and had super light pinkish spotting that turned brown but no actual period. I am 21 years old, had an ultrasound 3 months ago showing enlarged ovaries, and my last period was on 12/3/2019. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have been experiencing unexplained and progressively heavier vaginal bleeding between periods for a few months now. I am not using any contraceptives, had a normal Pap test last year, and have a history of bacterial vaginosis and one abnormal Pap test in 2006 showing hyperplasia. I'm needing guidance on when the likeliness is that I got pregnant. I'm 13 weeks and 4 days pregnant, taking bupropion, sertraline, and vyvanse, and using prenatal vitamins. I have regular 26-day cycles and know the days I had sex during my cycle. I had sex with two different men, about two weeks apart, and am worried about who the father is. My due date is November 17th/18th, and I had sex on the following dates: 2/11, 2/12, 2/17, 2/18, 2/28, 3/1, 3/2. Can medications like sertraline delay ovulation, and is an early ultrasound at 7.5 weeks with a heartbeat able to determine conception date with high accuracy?
