I have green discharge with no odor. It comes and goes, and I've noticed it mainly in the morning. I've been using hydrocortisone for itching, which felt more like eczema. The discharge has been happening for a week on and off. My last period was two weeks ago, and it's not too regular. I also have MS and experience a lot of stress.

I have brownish yellow and greenish yellow discharge, and I noticed small sesame seed-like particles in my urine coming from my vagina. The discharge started a month ago before my period and has a slight odor and mucusy texture. I have high prolactin and a pituitary adenoma, for which I take Cabergoline. My last period started on March 2 and ended on March 7. I also noticed white mucus-like particles in my urine and had clear mucus discharge before the current discharge. What could this be, and is it serious?
