My vagina gets a strong odor and sometimes produces a thick white substance. I am 18 years old and haven't had a recent pap test or pelvic exam. What could be causing this and what can I do about it?

I have been getting yeast infections every time I have intercourse. I had my tubes tied in early June which resulted in an abscess. I was on hardcore antibiotics for 3 weeks every 8 hours via PICC line. I have treated the yeast infection with over the counter Monistat 3-4 times and once with Diflucan. I noticed symptoms again two days ago. It seems to go away and come back. I'm curious if the antibiotics are still taking a toll on the strength of the healthy bacteria down there. What could be causing this and what can I do to alleviate the symptoms until I can see a doctor?

I have been diagnosed with PCOS and have been experiencing extremely painful sex for the past few months, which is causing tension in my relationship.
