I received a stimulus payment on a card that wasn't active at the time it was sent and would like to get it sent to my bank account. How can I do this?

I set up my NYS estimated tax payments such that the first payment comes out of my refund, and the balance of the other three will be paid on the NYS website. The software knows that I must pay estimated for the other three times and $0 on April 18. However, the screen stating that I will pay estimated later shows that I have set up $0 for my total NYS tax payments, and the next screen in bright red states that I have to go to State Taxes because I have $0 for estimated. What should I do to resolve this issue?
