I began claiming Social Security benefits in June 2021. In August 2021, my benefits were reduced by 50% due to the Windfall Elimination. I will receive a German Pension in June 2022, and my Full Retirement Age (FRA) is November 2022. I am currently residing in Germany and facing difficulties contacting the US Consulate and SSA due to Covid. The SSA referred me to the IRS, which also did not respond. I am considering using the Totalization Agreement to transfer my German Retirement to Social Security. Should I request a 'Do Over' and pay back the $6,000 I've already received, then wait until I'm 70 to refile a claim?

As the treasurer of St. Andrew the Apostle Orthodox Church, I need to understand how to report the pastor's income on Form 1099NEC. The pastor is paid as an independent contractor, and the parish contributes to his 401(k) plan and LTD/Life insurance policy. Additionally, parishioners have donated to reimburse his graduate school tuition. How should these contributions and reimbursements be reported on his 1099NEC?
