In my divorce decree, I am supposed to make car payments on a loan in my ex-husband's name. After the loan is paid off, the title will be transferred to my name. If I use this car for Door Dash, can I use the monthly payment as a deduction on my taxes even though the loan is in my ex-husband’s name?
